18aa Terms and Conditions

General Provisions
18aa ("Platform", "we", "our") is a provider of online entertainment and gaming services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between 18aa and its users ("you", "member"). By using the website https://18aa.cam and all related services, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
These Terms are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and are intended for users in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age to participate on the 18aa platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 18aa may request identity documents at any time for the purpose of age verification.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person is permitted only one account. If a single person operates multiple accounts, all of those accounts may be cancelled and all winnings and bonuses may be forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account closure.
Account Security and Responsibility
3.1 Password Protection
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (user ID and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out using your account. Sharing or transferring your account to a third party is prohibited.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect that unauthorized access to your account has occurred, notify our customer support team immediately. 18aa will take the necessary steps without delay.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Supported Payment Methods
18aa currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits and withdrawals can be made through these methods.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before processing a withdrawal, 18aa may follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. In such cases, a national identity card, passport or other valid documents may be requested.
4.4 Transaction Refusal
18aa reserves the right to refuse any transaction in the following circumstances: suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, evidence of a breach of terms, or as required to comply with applicable regulations.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
18aa offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To receive this bonus, the applicable bonus code conditions must be met alongside the first deposit.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn only after placing bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
If a member fails to follow bonus terms or misuses a bonus, 18aa reserves the right to forfeit that bonus and all winnings derived from it. The associated account may also be suspended or closed.
5.4 VIP Program
The 18aa VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular active play.
Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on the 18aa platform are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely random and unbiased.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a gaming session for any reason (server outage, disconnection, etc.), 18aa reserves the right to void the result of that game. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded.
6.3 Betting Limits
Specific minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and betting option, and these are displayed in the game interface. 18aa reserves the right to change these limits at any time.
6.4 Sports Betting
The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments and international football. Bets will be settled after the official result is announced.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18aa platform:
- Money laundering or making or receiving illegal payments
- Bonus abuse or exploiting system vulnerabilities
- Creating and operating multiple accounts
- Accessing another member's account or attempting to hack
- Using bots, scripts or automated software to play games
- Manipulating game results or match fixing
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Opening or operating an account in a third party's name
- Harassing or threatening other members
- Providing false or fraudulent information
If any of the above activities are proven, 18aa will immediately close the account, forfeit all winnings and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure by 18aa
18aa reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, evidence of fraud, failure to provide KYC documents, or as required to comply with applicable regulations.
8.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any eligible balance in the account will be returned through the designated method, unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of terms.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If there is no activity for an extended period (generally 12 months or more), the account may be marked as inactive and action may be taken in accordance with the relevant policy.
Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 18aa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. 18aa's total liability will in no case exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
